- 40 plus hours per week, $18.00 an hour to start, pay raise after 90 day training period.
- Full time employees get Paid Lunch, Paid Holidays, Bonus Pay, Medical Reimbursement Benefits. Vacation Time after one year employment.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintain company truck.
- Ensure that equipment is properly loaded and secure to reduce breakage.
- Deliver and install rental equipment.
- Work with managers to maintain accurate records and tracking of inventory.
- Communicate effectively with staff and customers.
- Able to work overtime and some weekends.
- Able to effectively manage other personnel working with you.
- Able to maintain productivity standards.
Education, Skills & Requirements:
- Must be able to lift approximately 70 lbs.
- Must maintain a professional personal appearance.
- Must possess customer relation skills.
- Must maintain a valid driver's license
- Must maintain an acceptable attendance record.
- Must have a full range of motion and dexterity.

Grand Central Party Rental was started by an event planner in 1999, in a 2,000 square foot warehouse. In 2003, a new division of frame and pole tents was added. Over the next few years the company and inventory continued to grow. Busting at the seams, it was time to find a larger space.
